Shipping and redos

Shipping is free on every order to the United States. Most orders arrive in 7 to 10 days. We email tracking as soon as your print leaves the studio.

You see the full portrait and every word before you pay. If it does not look like them, ask for a redo. Every portrait includes one free redo, and a person on our team can help if it still is not right.

If your print arrives damaged or something is wrong, email hello@thepettyprint.com with your order number and a photo within 30 days. We will make it right.

Each print is made just for your pet, so orders start printing quickly. Email us right away if you need to change your address.
