We collect only what we need to make and ship your print.
What we collect
Your pet photos, your answers about your pet, your email, and the shipping address you give at checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.
How we use it
To create your portrait, write their words, print and ship your order, and send you order updates. We send marketing email only if you opt in.
Who we share it with
Our print partner receives the print file and your shipping address. Our payment, email and hosting providers process data on our behalf. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Photos and portraits that are never ordered are deleted after 30 days. Photos for ordered prints are deleted after 90 days. The approved portrait and print file are kept for one year so we can reprint if needed.
Analytics
We measure visits and checkout steps to improve the site.
