Do I need an account?
No. You can create and buy without signing up. We only ask for your email so we can send your order updates.
What photos work best?
One clear photo with your pet's face visible is all we need. Add a couple more for an even better likeness, up to five total. Different angles can help us get every marking right.
Do I see the portrait before I pay?
Yes. You see the finished portrait and every line of their words before checkout. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
What if it does not look like them?
Ask for a redo before you order. Every portrait includes one free redo, and you can ask a person on our team for help if it still is not right.
What is it printed on?
Gallery canvas, stretched 1.25 inches deep over a wood frame. The paper color wraps around the sides, and it arrives ready to hang, no frame needed.
What sizes are there?
Canvas 18x24 is $119 and our most gifted. Canvas 12x16 is $79. If you want a frame, Framed 18x24 in black, white or oak is $139. An unframed 12x16 paper print is $49. Shipping in the US is free.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive in 7 to 10 days. You get an email with tracking as soon as it ships.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Add a gift note at checkout and ship it straight to them. Gift notes and gift shipping are free.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the United States for now.
What happens to my photos?
We use them only to create your portrait. Photos for portraits that are never ordered are deleted after 30 days.
